Refunds Policy

FontLab Ltd., Inc. (“FontLab,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) sells software licenses (“Software”) and related physical materials such as books and posters (“Physical Products”), collectively the “Products.”

For all refunds on any Products, contact us at orders@​fontlab.​com.

For all Software, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the Software for any reason at all, you may delete it and contact us within 60 days of the sale to get a full refund.

FontLab also sells some Physical Products. Contact us to get return information and authorization for Physical Products.

For Physical Products, if it was damaged in shipping to you or did not arrive, contact us within 60 days of your order. If FontLab is out of stock on the Physical Products, and/or believes that safe and timely shipping is impractical, FontLab will give you a full refund (including any shipping charges). Otherwise, FontLab will offer you your choice between a full refund (including any shipping charges), or replacement at our expense.

If you are unhappy with Physical Products for reasons other than damage in shipping, contact us within 60 days of your order. Upon our receipt of the Physical Products in original condition, FontLab will refund the cost (not including the cost of shipping in either direction).

For all refunds, we would say “no questions asked,” but if it is not obvious to us, we may inquire as to why you asked for a refund. Don’t worry, you get the refund regardless, we just like to know if there is something we could do better!
